SLOWING DOWN TO MEET THE BEING
True consciousness cannot be met while rushing through life, unthinkingly. To outgrow your relationship to your survival, you must slow down, quiet the mind, and soften the grip of urgency and doing. Without this first step, old patterns and protective mechanisms will always be running your life.
Slowing down is a sacred and often uncomfortable invitation into deep listening - listening to your body, your emotions, the story which runs on repeat, and life itself. It is the first portal to bigger impact, deeper service, and purpose-aligned creation.
CLEARING & DISSOLVING THE FROZENNESS STUCK IN THE BODYMIND
Everything you create arises from your being. To stop creating from old stories and survival-led strategies, you must turn inward and own what lives in your BodyMind; the intricate and inseparable relationship between your story and reality.
This is one of the first steps to power, because what we cannot own, we cannot change. In taking responsibility for the density and trauma that live in the BodyMind, we can then begin to meet a new place to create life from.
This step is a powerful and tender process of dissolving the frozen layers held in your BodyMind. These layers block your connection to aliveness, creativity, and flow. Here, you can begin to heal the entangled patterns of fear, rejection, abandonment, shame, judgment - the past traumas that have shaped the world you see and unconsciously create.

This is the moment to revisit your ancestral imprints around receiving and being held. Your capacity to co-create with life and others begins here, with the patterns you carry in your cells, story and survival around the mother, money, intimacy, and being held.

Meet Your Guide.
I’m Karuna, a Purpose and Vision Guide, Maturation Coach and Artist with a background in trauma-informed coaching, systemic family constellations, and fine art. Creativity runs through everything I do; it’s how I explore and unpack the innermost places within us that words alone can’t reach.
This deep, intuitive approach forms the foundation of my work: guiding people back to their truth so they can create from clarity, not conditioning.
A few years ago, I realised that everything I was building was still rooted in survival. I had achieved the milestones. I looked “successful.” But inside, something felt misaligned, like I was creating from ego, not purpose.
So I stopped. Not for a weekend, not for a month. I paused everything for a year.
I turned off the ads, closed the funnels, and stopped emailing my list. I continued serving existing clients deeply, but let go of pushing anything new into the world. Because I knew something had to die.
This wasn’t a rebrand or a pivot. It was a reckoning.
The identity I’d clung to for safety began to dissolve. The old way of proving, striving, and performing could no longer lead. In the space that opened, something deeper emerged.
I aligned with my purpose. I stopped asking, “What can I get?” and started asking, “What am I here to give?”
Direction returned without external influences. Clarity arrived without overthinking. I began creating from presence, not unconscious behaviours. And what needed to move through me finally had space to do so.
