In step one, we dive deep into a process of understanding what it is you truly want to achieve throughout our time working together. We reflect on your purpose - and create a plan to get you to what’s next. Reconnecting and diving deeper into your vision and starting to craft a beautifully balanced plan using healing and strategy to move forward and evolve….
2. EXPANSION
Once we know where exactly it is you want to go and what it is you want to achieve - we then start working through any potential blocks that may be in your way of getting there. Karuna Clayton is Founder of Choose You, a business programme helping creative and spiritual coaches and consultants to build a pipeline while they sleep.
By simplifying and demystifying digital funnels and supporting women to work smart rather than hard, Karuna is passionate about empowering women to become financially independent and ultimately free.
An Award-winning professional photographer for over a decade, it was during her years behind the camera shooting clients ranging from globally recognised brands such as Fortnum and Mason and News UK, to supporting start-ups and charities, that she realised the power of connection without preconception. The result, was images which delighted her clients and left them feeling ‘seen,’ whilst the impact of meeting people exactly where they are, sent Karuna more deeply into her own personal journey of self-exploration.
From silent retreats on the Greek coast, to ashtanga in India and free movement in Bali, today she points to her embodied yoga practice and personal development as having been transformational in shaping her approach to leadership and business.
Originally from seaside town Whitstable, UK, Karuna now lives with Venetian partner and daughter between Venice, Italy and Thailand where they recently built their dream home.

When can we start?
I work with a limited number of private clients at any one time, so spaces are limited. Reach out and we can discuss the next opening in my private coaching calendar that works for both of us.
How is this different to CHOOSE YOU?
This is a 1:1 setting which allows for us to dive into a deeper level of our work together than we were able to in CHOOSE YOU. It’s a space for you to be closely held and supported through your journey as you create the business you’ve always wanted. We will have regular check-ins as well as Monday-Friday access to me through Whatsapp, where you can come for support and guidance with whatever it is you’re working through at the time. I’ll truly be here for you every step of the way. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
Can I opt out of this once I’ve signed up?
All coaching plans are final upon purchase so please invest with discernment. Book your call with me to discuss and get all your questions answered before booking.
Can I take a break over the holidays?
Yes, absolutely. I totally get that life is busy around these times of the year, so depending on your start date we can discuss options for this.
Are the 1:1 coaching calls recorded?
Yes, all sessions are recorded and uploaded to a private workspace for you to access whenever you need.
Would you say it’s better to take a pause after CHOOSE YOU or roll straight on with private coaching and support?
In my experience, the line between doing well and thriving is ongoing support. This is really the step that will make or break really reaching those goals and building the business you dream of.
I don't have the moment right now, any advise?
Money is an important topic and I deeply honour the commitment and responsibility of investing.
A few thoughts...
Firstly, remember, business coaching and consulting is classed as a business expense and is tax deductible in most countries (check with your accountant).
Some of my clients have successful businesses already and are looking to scale to the next level and, so, yes, they do have the investment for coaching in their bank. Some in full, some take payment plans.
But many also have to be resourceful to make it work. The most important thing is, we're looking after our survival and general living costs first. After that, we can be creative.
Here are some ideas:
- Credit cards (increase the limit, apply for a new one or split the payment between several cards).
- PayPal loans.
- Borrow it.
- Small business loans.
- Sell stuff (the average person has between £2000 - £10,000 worth of old hobby equipment / tech they don't use)
- Ask for repayment from someone who owes you.
- Find someone who loves you, believes in you and will invest in you.
Although investing may feel like a step back financially, how I work with women is designed to support you to grow your business quickly - investment debt is very different to consumer debt. Investing is a very normal part of being a business owner.

My love, by this point we know each other and you’ll know that when I say "it's time for heart-centred change-makers to step into their purpose work," I am sharing that from a place of deep embodiment. So many of us sit in worthiness and never embody the deserving piece - the part which is taking action in order to grow and receive.
In my 17 years in business, the thing I know deepest in my heart when it comes to receiving is that we never have to walk the path alone.
