A few years ago I stopped everything.
Not for a weekend. Not for a month. I paused for a full year.
I turned off the ads. Closed the funnels. Stopped pushing anything new into the world. I had built four six-figure businesses, achieved the external markers of success — and something still felt deeply misaligned.
As I went deeper into my internal work it became clearer and clearer how much of my life and work was built on survival, not vision and truth.
So I let something die.
The identity I had built for safety began to dissolve. And in the space that opened, something truer emerged. I stopped asking what I could get and started asking what I was here to give.
That is when I was finally ready to meet and embody my vision.
Throughout my life I have always been drawn to the edges — to music, movement, medicine and the places where something deeper can be met. I have travelled, sat in ceremony, explored every avenue I knew to expand and grow.
And yet it wasn't until this moment of real honesty — when the blindspot finally became visible — that my world really shifted.
I allowed myself to fully step into my purpose, my power and a vision-led life and business. I let so much of who I was die in service to what wanted to emerge. I held that threshold. I stayed with it. And what came through on the other side was something I could not have imagined from where I had been standing.
This is not something I teach from a distance. It is something I live, continue to go deeper into, and am devoted to.
